This may be data that you yourself have passed on, but also data that Bloemenband itself obtains from the trade register, the Chamber of Commerce or other public sources such as the Internet. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

3. Principles of processing personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Your personal data will only be processed if permitted under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Bloemenband wants to be able to contact you<\/strong>When you contact Bloemenband\u00ae about a possible order, some of your data will be stored. Think of your first and last name, possible company name, phone number and email address. This allows Bloemenband to reach you and maintain contact with you. Legal basis: legitimate advocacy<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Bloemenband wants to send you a quote<\/strong>Also for sending quotes, your contact information is kept. Contact information also includes data such as your national insurance number, company name, Chamber of Commerce number, etc. This is a legitimate interest of Bloemenband\u00ae, which outweighs your right to privacy. Legal basis: consent and performance of the contract<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Bloemenband wants to send you an invoice<\/strong>Your contact and bank details are also kept for the purpose of preparing the invoice. Contact information includes data such as your company name, if any, Chamber of Commerce number, etc. Legal basis: performance of the agreement<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Bloemenband\u00ae must keep your data for its financialadministration<\/strong><\/strong>If you are invoiced by Bloemenband\u00ae, it is obliged under legal regulations (e.g. the legal obligation to keep records) to keep your data for at least 7 years. 8. Bloemenband wants to send you a newsletter<\/strong>If you have signed up for the newsletter, Bloemenbanden stores your e-mail address and name. You can unsubscribe from this at any time. Legal basis: consent<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

5. Sharing your personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Normally, your data will not be shared with third parties. At least certainly not for commercial purposes. What is possible, however, is that Bloemenband is required to share your data under a legal regulation. Furthermore, your data is shared with Bloemenband\u00ae’s host server (Strato) and WordPress. Of course, they too are bound by all rules from the AVG. Your data may also be shared with a third party engaged by Bloemenband\u00ae (e.g., a VA, collection agency or bookkeeper). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
